PNP Management is a property management company that specializes in taking underperforming single-family and multifamily properties and getting them back to operating at their full potential.

We are a company born out of necessity after being on the development and construction side of a business that produced more than 2,000 units over a 12 year period.  That experience combined with professional managers gives PNP the insight needed to redirect properties and get them on the correct heading.

Our focus is to improve giving a quality product for tenants and owners through consistency of innovative ideas, communication and feedback, flexibility and efficiency.
